A beautifully hand carved solid oak front door leads to a hallway and staircase.
Immediately to the left a large queen size bedroom with en-suite shower room with wc & washbasin.
There is a cloak room to the right, followed by a technical room and a laundry room, a sauna room with own shower, 2 roomed master suite with king size double bed (1.80m wide).
The ensuite master bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, multi jet shower, two wash basins and a separate cubicle for wc and bidet.
There is a third spacious bedroom with Queen size bed (1.60m wide), ensuite shower room (wash basin & wc), fourth bedroom (studio) also with a Queen size double bed (1.60m wide), with ensuite (shower, wash basin, & wc).
Kitchenette. 1st floor: Huge state of the art kitchen, spacious lounge with sofa double bed, 5th bedroom with Queen size 1.60m wide bed, bathroom (bath & wash basin) & a wc.
Notes on accommodation
All our bedrooms are very spacious (about 20m² each) and air conditioned. The beds are brand new, extra wide (160cm & 180cm), with top quality interior sprung mattresses. Every bedroom has it's own bath or shower room with private WC.
Accessibility
The house wasn't designed when built to be compatible for wheelchairs, however, in our renovation work we've done our best to make it as compatible as possible. On the ground floor everything is on the same level. There is a very wide double front door, and all the internal doors are at least 73cms wide, many are 83cms. There is a kitchenette on the ground floor, and an independent studio with own kitchenette and DVD player. However the main kitchen and living room are upstairs.
Outside
There is a totally flat, absolutely beautiful garden, which is well maintained with loads of lawns where children and adults a like can run around and play. There are outdoor tables and chairs for 20. There are 12 sun loungers. Pool size: 14.5x6m. 5 person outdoor jacuzzi hot tub with 33 massage jets. Gas barbecue. Plenty of parking. 2 adults mountain bikes and one child's bike and a Ping pong table.The swimming pool has a security fence as well as an alarm.
Conditions
Sheets and towels are supplied free, but washing and ironing charged at 12 Euro/hour.
All utilities are included except electricity if over 100 Euro/week is consumed, and telephone.
£3000 damage deposit required returnable 14 days after departure with any damage subtracted.
Payment schedule: 50% on booking, the remainder plus damage deposit must be received at least
four weeks before occupation, by PayPal or credit card.
Insurance
Our policy covers your party in the case of an accident on the property. However your personal effects are not covered, neither is your responsibility if you seriously damage the property (ie fire, flooding etc). The later cover is required by French law. For a very small fee our local insurance agent will be happy to cover you for these risks, during your stay.
